Returns

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns once a package has been delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive:

  • Damaged products
  • Incorrect products
  • Missing items

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the package and product

After verification, we will provide a replacement or refund.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
